Da1TimeTable operates as a B2B platform. The institution using the Service is solely responsible for:

• •Obtaining any necessary permissions or consents
• •Ensuring the accuracy of uploaded data

Da1TimeTable processes uploaded data solely for timetable generation and related functionality.

The Service uses automated AI algorithms to generate timetables based on uploaded data and defined constraints. While we aim to generate optimized and conflict-free schedules, we do not guarantee:

• •Absolute accuracy
• •Compliance with internal institutional policies
• •Suitability for specific operational requirements

Institutions are responsible for reviewing and approving generated timetables before implementation.

Da1TimeTable may provide access through:

• •Free access or limited trial access
• •Credit-based usage
• •Subscription plans (if introduced in the future)
• •Custom or enterprise arrangements
• •Other pricing models introduced from time to time

Where applicable: Fees will be clearly displayed before purchase, Payment must be made in advance, Access to paid features begins after successful payment. We reserve the right to introduce, modify, or discontinue pricing models at our discretion with reasonable notice. Unless otherwise explicitly stated: Payments are non-refundable, Unused credits are non-refundable.

You agree not to:

• •Share access credentials outside authorized personnel

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including:

remain the exclusive property of Da1TimeTable. Users retain ownership of the academic data they upload. We do not claim ownership of institutional data.

Data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to our data processing practices.

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Da1TimeTable shall not be liable for:

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the institution to Da1TimeTable during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Da1TimeTable from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• •Violation of applicable laws
• •Breach of these Terms
• •Misuse of the Service

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• •Fraudulent activity is detected
• •Payment obligations are not fulfilled

You may discontinue use of the Service at any time.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
