Refund Policy

1. Refund Overview

Da1TimeTable provides digital software services. Because access to the platform and AI services is granted immediately after purchase, all payments are generally non-refundable.

  • Digital services are activated immediately upon purchase
  • No physical products are involved
  • Service access cannot be revoked once granted

Refunds are not available for standard purchases due to the nature of digital service delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Payments made for the following are non-refundable once the service has been activated:

  • AI credits
  • Subscription access
  • Digital platform usage
  • Monthly or yearly plans

All digital services are delivered instantly and cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Refund Exceptions

Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional circumstances such as:

  • Duplicate payment (accidental double charge)
  • Technical error resulting in incorrect charge
  • Payment processing failure
  • Unauthorised transaction

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund for an eligible exception:

  • Contact support within 7 days of purchase
  • Provide transaction details and reason for refund
  • Include any relevant documentation
  • Allow up to 48 hours for review

Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

5. Subscription Cancellation

For recurring subscriptions:

  • Cancel anytime to stop future charges
  • No refunds for partial billing periods
  • Access continues until end of paid period
  • Cancellation takes effect at next billing cycle

Subscription services remain accessible until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
